Responsibilities: Own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles: Software Engineering, Mobile, Data, DevOps, and Product.
Partner with business and tech leaders to define hiring needs and craft strong job briefs.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to reach top talent across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and communities relevant to B2C tech.
Build a diverse talent pipeline and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
Represent the company at tech events and meetups to strengthen our employer brand in the B2C space.
