Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in mobile development for iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing innovative solutions in the Asset & Wealth Management and Cards & Payments domains. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that enhance our companys offerings and benefit society.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that align with business goals.Oversee the integration of third-party APIs and libraries to enhance application functionality.Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices in mobile development.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability addressing any performance issues.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into development processes.Coordinate with product managers and designers to deliver user-centric mobile solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring seamless user experiences.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and codebases.Engage in regular testing and debugging to ensure application stability and reliability.Support the deployment of applications to app stores and manage post-launch updates and improvements.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in mobile development for iOS and Android platforms.Demonstrate experience in Asset & Wealth Management and Cards & Payments domains is a plus.Exhibit proficiency in integrating third-party APIs and libraries.Showcase ability to lead and mentor a team of developers effectively.Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Have a solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.Show commitment to staying updated with the latest mobile development trends and technologies.
