Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 9 to 11 years of experience in SAP Fin VIM ICC Configuration and Integration SAP Finance VIM and OpenText VIM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technologies and a good understanding of merchandising and multi-channel domains. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on day shifts and no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Fin VIM ICC Configuration and Integration solutions to enhance business processes.
• Oversee the integration of SAP Finance VIM and OpenText VIM systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for configuring and optimizing VIM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes to support ongoing operations.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all system implementations.
• Support end-users by providing training and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities and improve user experience.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of system solutions with business objectives.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.

• Possess extensive experience in SAP Fin VIM ICC Configuration and Integration.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP Finance VIM and OpenText VIM.
• Have a good understanding of merchandising and multi-channel domains.

• Show proficiency in documenting system configurations and processes.
• Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Be adept at training and supporting end-users.
