Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI Automation and Business Operations with a strong background in ISV Online and Hi-Tech domains. This role involves working from our office during day shifts with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and optimizing business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions using Generative AI to enhance business operations.
• Oversee automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency across various departments.
• Provide expert guidance on business analysis and business A&P to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology expertise into business operations.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain architectural frameworks that support the companys technological and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ISV Online and Hi-Tech domains.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for leveraging emerging technologies to gain a competitive edge.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet desired outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Contribute to the development of long-term technology strategies that support business growth and sustainability.
• Support the continuous improvement of business processes through the application of technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess a deep understanding of Generative AI and its application in business contexts.
• Demonstrate expertise in automation technologies and their role in process optimization.
• Have a strong background in business analysis and business A&P to support strategic initiatives.
• Exhibit proficiency in business operations and the ability to drive efficiency improvements.
• Show experience in ISV Online and Hi-Tech domains with a focus on industry-specific challenges.
• Display strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data for decision-making.
• Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
