Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Functional Analyst with expertise in SnM MDM SnM DigiMktg and SnM Data Lake. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 11 years of experience and will work in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts. This role does not require travel and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our companys data management and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive strategic decisions and improve business processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that align with business objectives.Develop and maintain data models and architecture to support SnM MDM SnM DigiMktg and SnM Data Lake initiatives.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance digital marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust data governance practices.Oversee the integration of data from various sources to create a unified data lake environment.Support the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.Monitor and evaluate the performance of data solutions to ensure they meet business needs and objectives.Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain seamless operations.Document and communicate data processes and solutions to stakeholders for transparency and alignment.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data solutions.Facilitate training sessions to enhance team members understanding of data tools and techniques.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and compliance of data solutions.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of SnM MDM SnM DigiMktg and SnM Data Lake technologies.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges.Exhibit proficiency in data modeling and architecture design.Have experience in data governance and ensuring data quality.Show capability in integrating data from diverse sources into a cohesive data lake.Display strong communication skills to effectively convey data insights to stakeholders.Be adept at using data to drive marketing strategies and improve customer experiences.
