Key Responsibilities

• ⁠Assist in daily food preparation, chopping, cutting, and mise en place.

  
  
  

• ⁠Support section chef in cooking and plating dishes as per standards.

  
  
  

• ⁠Maintain workstation hygiene, equipment cleanliness, and food safety.

  
  
  

• ⁠Follow recipes, portion control, and ensure timely preparation during service.

  
  
  

• ⁠Learn and adapt to new menu items and kitchen procedures.

  
  
  

Qualifications

• ⁠1-2 years of experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens (Continental or Pizza preferred).

  
  
  

• ⁠Basic knowledge of cooking methods, food safety, and kitchen equipment.

  
  
  

• ⁠Able to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure.

  
  
  

• ⁠Good communication, teamwork attitude, and willingness to relocate.

  
  
  

• ⁠Neat grooming and hygiene are mandatory.
