Job Description

Perform high grade machining operating according to the manufacturing documents(drawing, work instructions,

specification and CNC Program)

A skilled worker is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machine tools to manufacture

products from casting & forging materials. This role involves interpreting technical drawings and blueprints,

ensuring the accuracy of machine operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

*Operating CNC machines to perform tasks various machining tasks.

*Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading drawing and related

manufacturing drawings etc.

*Prepare and load workpiece and setup onto the machine tools.

*Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.

*Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts.

*Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a

better result.

*Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process

has been completed properly.

*Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

High school diploma or higher

CNC machine tools operators for Deep hole machine.

Must have special knowledge of deep hole machining.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in operation of machine tools.

Operating with one of the CNC controllers (FANUC, SIEMENS and etc.) but not essential

Operating experience of heavy-duty machine tools

Be able to install various heads and using them skillfully.

Understand / review machining manufacturing drawings & technical specifications.

General machine tools and machining technical understanding, knowledge of tooling and measuring

instruments.

Interpret CNC programs as required on the job. Creating & editing manual programs. (Manual Data Input G&M

codes)

Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measuring instruments.

Use measuring tools and gauges to ensure quality of products that required general and precision tolerances.

Capable of working own initiative.

Perform self-prevention and regular consumable change work on Deep hole machine tools.

Train new employees on how to properly operate Deep hole machine tools.

Previous experience with similar oil & gas field parts if preferred, but not essential
