Job Description

* Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the timely execution of construction and installation activities.

* Supervise all on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is performed as per project specifications and safety standards. * Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to the Project Director.

* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth workflow.

* Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on-site.

* Resolve site issues and conflicts quickly to avoid project delays. * Ensure quality control and compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and codes.

* Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, progress photos, and issue logs.

* Manage site logistics including equipment, material deliveries, and site access.

* Participate in regular progress meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.

* Monitor and control budget expenditures related to site activities.

Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related field.

Minimum Experience: * Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project execution, with at least 5 years in a site management role on power plant or large industrial infrastructure projects.

* Strong knowledge of power plant systems (mechanical, electrical, I&C).

* Ability to work under pressure and in remote project locations.
