What do we expect from you?
Under the general guidance of the Executive Housekeeper or any other authorized by the management, assist in ensuring smooth and efficient maintenance of employee uniforms, guest requests, hotel fabrics and other requests typical of a person in this role. Ensure internal and external guests of the hotel are treated fairly and consistently in a timely manner, receiving high quality, personalized service, and an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience.
How your day looks like?

• Use the hotel garment management system to track status of all uniforms and monitor the uniforms going in and out for cleaning
• Issue uniforms to employees
• Measure employees or guests for alterations
• Perform alterations and repairs on employee and guest garments
• Assist in inspecting guest laundry for delivery to guest rooms
• Assist laundry with pressing or cleaning for guests or employees
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of all equipment used on the job, report any defects immediately
• Record all guest preferences and submit to appropriate parties in order to keep an accurate database
• Assist the housekeeping house persons, laundry attendant, and/or turndown attendants as needed
• Carry out any projects and assignments as directed by the Executive Housekeeper
