Description and Requirements
Are You ready to join our Procurement team and become our Packaging Sourcing Professional?
Here is what You will do:
Responsibilities:- KSA local sourcing GCM, Main responsibility is Packaging local sourcing and other commodities local sourcing management support if need.
- Manage relationship of Lenovo suppliers including negotiation of pricing, sourcing strategy, communication across supplier and Lenovo cross functional teams.
- Execute & optimize Sourcing Strategy to achieve business target of Cost Saving & Supply Request.
- Manage commodity including market analysis, supply/cost trending forecast, contract management, price negotiation, and other commercial aspects.
- Manage suppliers including AVL(Approved Vender List) & PN(Part Number) optimization, QBR(Quarterly Business Review) & following up.
- Close communicate with cross functional teams to drive DFC(Design for Cost) and DFS(Design for supply) purpose.
- Plan and execute procurement operation activities for multiple high value/risk projects/assignments
Requirements:- Ability to analyze very complex situation, anticipate and solve potential problems based on the business strategy including the knowledge of industrial trends
- Have experience in procurement and possess relevant knowledge and understanding of the local and regional packaging industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong communication & language skills (English & Chinese) to secure smooth communication with both internal customers and external vendors
