Job Description:

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Planning Manager to join our PMCM team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. This role is critical to maintaining project efficiency and aligning with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and oversee project schedules using advanced planning tools such as Primavera P6 or equivalent.
• Lead the planning team in preparing detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address delays or challenges.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project performance, including schedule variances and recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and best practices.
• Support resource allocation and forecasting to optimize project execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in project planning and management, with a focus on PMCM.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
