As Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) Director for Business Applications, you will lead a high-performing team of Cloud Solution Architects dedicated to delivering customer success through the adoption and expansion of Microsoft’s AI-powered Business Applications portfolio, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. In this role, you will lead strategic execution and inspire excellence across people, delivery, and customer outcomes, ensuring measurable impact and growth.

• Design and implement Customer Success Unit (CSU) execution strategy for priority customer scenarios, including Sales, Service, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation, Low-Code solutions, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio), and AI-powered agents.
• Partner with country Customer Success Unit CSU leadership and Specialist Team Unit (STU) teams to support renewals and drive usage.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs) aligned to business priorities.
• Ensure 90% of delivered hours align with the CSU on-strategy delivery model.
• Generate CSU driven usage pipeline for prioritised workloads, targeting 20% total pipeline contribution.
• Achieve 95% proactive, enhanced service coverage across the customer lifecycle.
• Work closely with Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs), STU, and Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) teams to accelerate customer value and ensure seamless handovers.

• Demonstrated people management experience, including leading technical teams or managers across consulting, sales, or architecture functions.
• Significant experience in customer-facing roles, driving adoption and delivering technical solutions.
• Track record of leading complex technical projects or programmes with measurable business impact.
• Proven experience in cloud and infrastructure technologies, enterprise IT consulting, software development, or technology architecture.
• Expertise in practice development and technical strategy within enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent practical experience.
