Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee daily household operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment for clients and guests.
2. Provide personalized service to guests, including meal preparation, serving, and arranging special requests as needed.
3. Maintain inventory of household supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and readily available.
4. Coordinate and supervise household staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high service standards.
5. Plan and organize events and functions, ensuring that all details are attended to and executed flawlessly.
6. Handle laundry and wardrobe management, ensuring that all garments are clean, pressed, and organized appropriately.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas within the household, including guest rooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas.
8. Act as a liaison between guests and service providers, ensuring all needs and requests are met promptly.
9. Provide concierge services, including making reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions.
10. Ensure the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times while dealing with guests and their affairs.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and an understanding of high-end service standards.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership when necessary.
5. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
7. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and situations.
8. Proficiency in using household management software and technology.
9. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
