About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Mixologist - F&B Service to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Deliver exceptional drinks consistently, mastering the preparation of classic cocktails and all beverages in the restaurant’s portfolio.
• Provide expert knowledge of the beverage selection and actively promote drinks, ensuring guests receive a memorable experience.
• Assist the Bar Manager in managing stock, including ordering, stock-taking, and overseeing deliveries to maintain smooth bar operations.
• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and work collaboratively with the team to exceed guest expectations.
• Uphold the brand’s vision and concept, effectively communicating its story and values to guests when required.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• One or two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded restaurant.
• Expert in Wine, Spirits & Cocktails; Experience in Cocktail’s Competitions (Desired)
• Strong customer service orientation, adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity
• Experience in modern Bar techniques like: souse vide infusion, fat-washing, clarification, carbonation etc. (Desired)
