About the Company: My Client is a Contracting Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in managing high-rise building projects.The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• • Lead and manage the execution of high-rise building projects from planning through handover.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and chair progress meetings with stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.
  • Resolve conflicts and technical challenges efficiently and professionally.

• • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on high-rise building construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of high-rise construction techniques, structural systems, and vertical logistics.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
  • Experience with high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and permitting processes.
  • Bilingual (Arabic/English) is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
