Responsibilities
  • Lead workshops and interviews to capture and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
  • Provide expert functional consulting on business processes, system functionality, and solution design.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and managing expectations throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with teams to prepare for new features and initiatives, assessing feasibility and supporting business case development.
  • Analyze business needs to identify and prioritize initiatives, managing demand and resource allocation effectively.
  • Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance business value and stay aligned with industry best practices.
