• Oversee daily wine service, ensuring smooth coordination with the service team and enhancing guest experience through expert recommendations.

  
  

• Maintain proper wine stock levels, monitor rotation and storage, and minimize wastage from opened bottles.

  
  

• Communicate wine availability and actively contribute suggestions for updates to the wine list.
