Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain software applications that support various business functions.
2. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
4. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
5. Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues, providing timely resolutions.
6. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software quality and performance.
7. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
8. Document software design, development processes, and technical specifications for future reference.
9. Work closely with the QA team to ensure the delivery of bug-free software products.
10. Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
