KEY RESPONSIBILITY

•  Execute preventive maintenance and urgent repairs for all AV systems including speakers, amplifiers, microphones, and video display units.
• Respond to maintenance schedules and work orders for AV systems in alignment with operational timelines.
• Install and configure audio and video equipment in newly opened stores and renovated sites, ensuring compliance with brand and safety standards.
• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot malfunctions in sound systems and visual display units such as LED screens, digital signage, and projectors.
• Maintain accurate records of service history, equipment configuration, and inventory of AV spare parts.
• Support electricians and other maintenance staff during fit-outs, upgrades, or emergency site work.
• Train designated store staff on basic AV operations and routine troubleshooting.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and ensure the proper use of PPE and tools.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Audio Engineering, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in AV and CCTV installation (mandatory Pixel screen installation experience), configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in handling AV systems including ceiling speakers, mixers, projectors, display screens, and surveillance systems.
• Familiarity with electrical safety codes, hardware integration, and system performance testing.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently.
