  1. Ensure all timesheets and travel cost sheets are submitted to the finance department with 100% accuracy
  2. Establish “Meet & Greet” communication with newly joined engineers and technicians and ensure to gather their requirements
  3. Communicate with logistic department the Engineers needs of safety, uniforms and special tools
  4. Ensure that IBC Status Report is up to date on daily basis
  5. Update the Engineer’s Utilization status and report on a daily and monthly basis.
  6. Follow up on training programs with training centers to ensure seats are booked for engineers during the year.
  7. Gather feedback from trainees after their return from external trainings.
  8. Ensure tickets, accommodation and pick up is arranged for engineers prior their travel date.
  9. Coordinating between departments and engineers in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational issues
