As the Sales Coordinator for Indian Markets, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team in driving business growth and maintaining relationships with key clients from India. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, assisting with market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating meetings and events. You will be the point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and ensure a smooth experience for clients in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the sales team in developing strategies for the Indian market.
Respond to inquiries from Indian clients and provide them with relevant information regarding hotel services, packages, and promotions.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, market intelligence, and client databases.
Organize meetings, events, and follow up on leads and bookings.
Manage communication between the sales team and clients to ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as needed.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
Knowledge of the Indian market and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Previous experience working in a luxury hotel environment is a plus.
