We are seeking a talented Architect to lead the design and development of architectural projects for a dynamic team in Aswan, Egypt, delivering thoughtful, feasible solutions that align with client goals and project constraints. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing architectural projects that reflect the company’s vision and ensure high-quality execution. You will collaborate with designers and engineers to coordinate design from concept through construction, incorporating project requirements and constraints to deliver exceptional results on every project.

The Responsibilities:

1. Develop architectural concepts and design solutions in collaboration with engineers and project teams.
2. Prepare and analyze study drawings, layouts, and details to define the project scope and deliverables.
3. Assist in design decisions, ensure adherence to design intent, and manage production drawings with the design team.
4. Coordinate with the project team and consultants to validate drawings, specifications, and work progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.
5. Supervise design reviews and coordinate with project management and procurement teams to ensure design integrity.
6. Coordinate with the contractor and project teams to ensure construction documentation quality and timely delivery.
7. Monitor construction for compliance with design intent and provide recommendations to resolve issues.
8. Support the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings and construction documentation for all projects.

The Preferred Candidate:

1. Demonstrated capability in architectural design or practice with a strong portfolio.
2. Experience applying design principles and tools (e.g., AutoCAD and Revit) to produce accurate drawings and specifications.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the design team and stakeholders.
4. Ability to coordinate projects with internal teams and external consultants and to deliver within deadlines.
5. Experience coordinating architectural and building services with other disciplines.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in delivering projects.
7. Willingness to contribute to overall project quality and team growth.
8. Knowledge of building regulations and standards in the architectural industry.
