We leverage the latest technologies and agile methodologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions.</p><p><strong>Orange Reporting and Analytics (ORA) </strong>is a new digital reporting platform designed to enhance the experience of Orange Business customers. Developed using SAFe methodology, ORA offers advanced analytics capabilities that go beyond traditional contractual reporting.</p><p>This innovative solution addresses customer needs by providing more comprehensive, visually appealing, accurate, accessible, and reliable reports. ORA will deliver greater value to customers by meeting their evolving expectations for reporting.</p><p><strong>Key Tasks and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As a BI developer in our Agile project team, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, tech lead, UI/UX Designer, and partner teams. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making within our organization.</p><p>In an Agile context, you will perform the following tasks :</p><ul> <li><u><strong>Data Analysis and Modeling</strong></u> <ul> <li>Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.</li> <li>Develop data models and structures to support reporting and analysis requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions.</li> </ul> </li> <li><u><strong>Report and Dashboard Development:</strong></u> <ul> <li>Design and create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).</li> <li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the reporting process.</li> </ul> </li> <li><u><strong>Data Integration</strong></u> <ul> <li>Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, APIs).</li> <li>Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow.</li> </ul> </li> <li><u><strong>Performance Optimization:</strong></u> <ul> <li>Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability to deliver timely insights.</li> <li>Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.</li> </ul> </li> <li><u><strong>Data Governance</strong></u> <ul> <li>Adhere to data governance policies and standards.</li> <li>Implement data quality measures and controls.</li> </ul> </li></ul>About you<p><strong>Functional Profile</strong>:</p><ul> <li><strong>Teamwork</strong>: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with others.</li> <li><strong>Adaptability</strong>: Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies.</li> <li><strong>Communication</strong>: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li><strong>Time management</strong>: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.</li> <li><strong>Bilingual</strong>: Fluent in <strong>both </strong>French and English</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Profile :</strong></p><ul> <li>Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Qlikview/Qliksense is a must</li> <li>Strong Knowledge data extraction, manipulation and modeling</li> <li>Experience in working with  <ul> <li>SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)</li> <li>SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)</li> <li>SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).</li> <li>Python</li> <li>Basic Understanding of ML and AI</li> <li>Data Analysis</li> </ul> </li> <li>Knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.</li> <li>Familiarity with data modeling concepts and methodologies</li> <li>Experience in working in Agile and DevOps is a plus</li> <li>Experience with data mining and predictive analytics techniques is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>In addition to the following</strong> :</p><ul> <li><strong>Agility</strong>: You embrace agile methodologies and are proficient in collaborative tools like Jira and Confluence.</li> <li><strong>Communication</strong>: You can effectively present innovative solutions, argue your points, and persuade others.</li> <li><strong>Customer focus</strong>: You are skilled at listening to clients and their users, understanding their needs, and translating them into software requirements and solutions.</li> <li><strong>Technical knowledge</strong>: Experience in the networking and telecommunications field is a valuable asset.</li></ul><p><strong>Educational background:</strong></p><ul> <li>B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent</li></ul><p><strong>Professional Experience:</strong></p><ul> <li>5+ Years work Experience in a similar position</li></ul>What we offer<p></p>Only your skills matterOrange Business is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
