Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Boat Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury Nile cruises. This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Giza. The responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest services, maintaining safety compliance, coordinating cruise schedules, overseeing maintenance of the vessel, managing inventory, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The Boat Manager will also oversee event execution and manage conflict resolution while enhancing guest experiences and exceeding expectations.



Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in ensuring guest satisfaction in a hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge of vessel operations, safety protocols, maintenance coordination, and inventory management in a luxury cruise or marine environment.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders, including guests, staff, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in hospitality management systems, computer skills, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in the hospitality, tourism, or cruise industry is highly advantageous.
