As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work independently to identify, attract, and evaluate candidates for various positions. Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a good fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
