For the maintenance of a modern ECU responsible for basic, comfort and premium features in vehicles, we are looking for a Requirements Engineer. Join our team of enthusiastic and experienced software engineers and help manage the software development of an entire functional area of a car, keeping the requirements in-flow in check, making sure our developers get their tasks in a clear format aligned with client expectations. Responsibilities Ensure the CodeBeamer attributes are correctly set for all the modules Import and Export for external partners Support in identifying, gathering and sharpen requirements in collaboration with the customer Transfer to the Domain Leaders detailing specifications and processes Organize and participate in customer and supplier meetings to clarify requirements and technical solutions Gather and analyze requirement process metrics in the project (if applicable) Evaluate existing requirement management systems Prepare and communicate requirement reports Manage access to CodeBeamer and connected systems Collecting statistics and presenting KPIs to stakeholders Handling various use cases for requirements during the execution of the process Documentation Skills Must have Experience with CodeBeamer (or similar tool) Experience in Requirements Engineering Requirements Gathering Microsoft Excel Usage experience with Atlassian Jira / Confluence Strong analytical understanding and capability to handle many information streams in parallel Organizational & communication skills Good spoken and written skills in English (B2) Nice to have Experience in Requirements Engineering in Automotive ASPICE Software-Development Process understanding, ideally in Automotive Basic programming skills (Python, Bash or any other scripting language) Other Languages English: B2 Upper Intermediate Seniority Junior
