About the role

Job Description:



  • Provide business support for the Oracle Fusion application to both French and international regions.
  • Respond promptly to tickets and requests, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain online help resources to ensure correct application usage within the domain and offer expert assistance for user-reported incidents.
  • Resolve basic Fusion tickets and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate domains.
  • Perform daily reviews of Power BI reports to confirm they are up-to-date.
  • Communicate with users through MS Teams and email to ensure issues are resolved effectively.

About you

Professional Experience



  • Recent graduate or up to 3 years of relevant professional experience
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP systems, specifically Oracle Fusion
  • Business analysis experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities

  • Basic numerical and analytical capabilities

  • Strong prioritization and workload balancing skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
