7. Support Project Procurement: Work closely with project teams to understand procurement needs, timelines, and specifications.
8. Develop Sourcing Strategies: Analyze market trends and cost drivers to support the development and execution of strategic sourcing plans.
9. Maintain Procurement Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, supplier contracts, and procurement activities.
10. Ensure Policy Compliance: Adhere to internal procurement policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
11. Stay Informed: Keep up to date with market conditions, new products, and supplier innovations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
