Your Role – International, Challenging & Future-Oriented In this role, you will lead, and support activities related to testing and commissioning of protection relays, medium-voltage systems, and protection & automation solutions. Your responsibilities include: Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities on Siemens protection relays and MV/LV switchgear Plan and execute all project-related activities in accordance with QA standards, project documentation, and health & safety requirements Support sales, project, and planning departments in project execution, customer meetings, tender preparation, schedules, and requirement lists Collaborate and interface with internal teams, BU’s, customers, project managers, and factories to ensure timely delivery Identify potential risks or delays and proactively minimize impact; support claim management Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) with internal teams and customers Operate various test equipment as required Provide product and process training to test engineers Mentor junior engineers and field service technicians, and support cross-functional collaboration Maintain 5S and general work-area standards Participate in audits and problem-solving activities Occasionally support as Final Quality Release Engineer or FAT Supervisor Conduct vendor visits for in-process inspections Your Qualifications & Skills – Digital & Solid We are looking for engineering talent at different career levels , and we provide development opportunities to help you grow. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field Several years of experience in commissioning and configuration of Protection and Switchgear LV/MV (Siemens experience preferred) Strong knowledge of Siemens tools such as DIGSI Understanding of IEC 61850 engineering, including GOOSE messaging and SCD/ICD/CID file creation Experience with protection schemes in transmission substations (500kV/220kV/66kV) Awareness of emerging technologies such as Process Bus, advanced RTUs, and digital substations General skills for all applicants: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments Flexibility to travel based on project needs Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) What else do you need to know?
