User Experience (UX) Strategy & Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and continuously improve the mobile app UX roadmap, ensuring intuitive and engaging customer journeys.</li> <li>Work closely with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that reflect a customer-first approach.</li> <li>Conduct user testing, feedback sessions, and usability studies to validate design decisions.</li> <li>Monitor app usability metrics (e.g., session time, screen flows, task completion rates) and optimize accordingly.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Analytics & Insights</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive a data-informed culture by setting up and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for mobile app usage and engagement.</li> <li>Use analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) to generate actionable insights.</li> <li>Identify user behavior trends, drop-offs, and pain points to inform product improvements and feature development.</li> <li>Translate insights into product requirements and business recommendations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Customer Value Management (CVM)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with CVM teams to segment users and personalize app experiences for different customer groups.</li> <li>Leverage app analytics and customer data to design CVM-led campaigns within the mobile app (e.g., targeted offers, onboarding flows, loyalty features).</li> <li>Align product strategies with CVM objectives to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.</li> <li>Integrate app with CVM platforms for real-time targeting and performance tracking.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Product Management & Delivery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the mobile app product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact and user value.</li> <li>Lead agile development teams through sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Marketing, Customer Service) to align product goals and deliverables.</li> <li>Ensure timely delivery of high-quality app releases with proper testing and QA.</li> </ul> <p><strong>5. Leadership & Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Mentor and guide junior product managers or UX analysts.</li><li>Champion digital transformation initiatives and advocate for best-in-class mobile practices.</li><li>Present findings, product updates, and strategic plans to senior leadership and stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors or masters degree in business, Computer Science, UX Design, Data Science, or related field.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5-8 years of experience in digital/mobile product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.</li> <li>Proven experience in managing end-to-end mobile app lifecycle.</li> <li>Strong background in UX principles, customer journey mapping, and agile product development.</li> <li>Solid understanding of CVM strategies and tools, including segmentation and personalization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical & Analytical Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in app analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).</li> <li>Familiarity with A/B testing, heatmaps, cohort analysis, and funnel tracking.</li> <li>Experience working with UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).</li> <li>Understanding of mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and app store optimization (ASO).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li> <li>Strategic thinking with a customer-centric mindset.</li> <li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul><p style="font-family:'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size:20px !important; font-weight:bold!important; margin:0;"> Only your skills matter </p> <p style="font-family:'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size:16px!important; font-weight:normal !important; margin-top:8px;"> Regardless of your age, gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, disability, or appearance, we actively encourage diversity within our teams, as it is both a collective strength and a driver of innovation.
