<p><strong>Publication date:</strong> Oct 14, 2025, 12:22PM</p><p>Purpose of the job</p> <p>Act as second level of support for operations team and promptly react to their complaints and fix any issues<span style="font-family: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem;">according to the agreed SLA in the centralized support contract on the charging system nodes.</span></p> <p>Also to work on web development projects using frontend and backend programming languages.</p> <p>Duties and responsibilities<br></p><ol><li>Provide technical support for all Nodes within the group in all areas, planning, development, andoperation using all available resources within Orange Egypt.</li><li>Ensure answering all Orange group inquiries in a timely manner and withrequired quality.</li><li>Build and maintain network of business partners within Orange Egypt and to be able to give the required group technical support in all fields.</li><li>Help in troubleshooting critical or unusual issues that are raised during any of the new trials.</li><li>Develop new tools using frontend/backend programming languages based on affiliates needs.</li><li>Update and fix tools created by the team based on affiliates needs.</li><li>Find out new methods & techniques for improving the network Quality and cost.</li><li>Interface with different Ericsson and Orange Egypt teams (Engineering, operation, optimization, and rollout) to plan for the features trials.</li><li>Provide technical evaluation for the tested features with a clear recommendation whether to be deployed or not.</li><li>Set default parameters and setup templates for new features activation to be used by other teams.</li><li>Support Orange technical Skill Center in the areas of Contract management, maintenance contract negotiation, follow-up and SLAs.</li><li>Contribute to the group in the selection of suppliers by supporting Orange technical skill center and Sourcing teams.</li><li>Support Orange technical Skill Centers and Orange Affiliates in the areas of Product assurance.</li><li>Ensure timely Acceptance of New Products to Acceptable/Contractual Quality Levels.</li><li>Ensure Effectiveness of Suppliers Processes for Product Creation and Delivery.</li><li>Responsible for Continuous Improvement of Supplier Performance.</li><li>Monitor equipment field Performance.</li><li>Ensure effectiveness of Improvement Actions.</li></ol> <p>Job specification<br>Education<br>B.Sc. in Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering</p> <p>Experience<br> Minimum 1 years of experience,</p> <p>Job description<br><br> Technical experience in Shell scripting (Unix/Linux) ,SQL, Java, Python.<br> Experience in charging systems OCS Nodes <br> Technical experience in PHP, HTML and CSS.<br> Knowledge in Telecommunication field especially in the field of system testing and troubleshooting. <br> Good knowledge of network E2E architecture and performance is preferred.</p> <p>Skills and abilities</p> <p> Excellent communication skills.<br> Customer orientation.<br> Planning and follow up skills.<br> Handle conflicts.<br> Very solid analytical skills.</p><p style="font-family:'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size:20px !important; font-weight:bold!important; margin:0;"> Only your skills matter </p> <p style="font-family:'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size:16px!important; font-weight:normal !important; margin-top:8px;"> Regardless of your age, gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, disability, or appearance, we actively encourage diversity within our teams, as it is both a collective strength and a driver of innovation.
