Responsibilities: Identifies, develops and implements recruitment policies, practices and programs to meet organizational and executive management needs Provides interpretation and counsel to line and executive management regarding recruitment policies, programs and practices Develop and analyze organizational resources needs and make plans accordingly Determines and utilizes key sources to engage passive and active candidates (direct sourcing, associations, social media, etc.
) for current and anticipated vacancies Liaises with recruitment agencies for supply of resources Analyzes the performance of recruitment process, and recruitment metrics and recommends changes and improvements Ensures all recruitment process adherence and recommends improvements Leads employer branding initiatives Organizes and attends job fairs and recruitment events Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
