About the Role:
We are looking for a Test Lead with strong technical testing expertise, hands-on automation and performance experience, and the ability to guide a small-to-medium QA team. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities while remaining actively involved in automation and performance testing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day testing activities across one or more projects.
• Define and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data aligned with business requirements.
• Remain hands-on in automation testing — building, enhancing, and executing test scripts using tools like Selenium, or Playwright.
• Design and run performance tests with JMeter, or similar tools, and work with developers to tune performance issues.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ensure timely defect reporting, tracking, and closure.
• Support CI/CD integration for automated test execution (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Provide technical guidance to team members, perform code reviews for test scripts, and share best practices.
• Contribute to test environment setup and test data management.
• Track and communicate test progress, risks, and issues to the project manager or QA manager.
You'll no longer be considered for this role and your application will be removed from the employer's inbox.
