<p><strong>Publication date:</strong> Jul 29, 2025, 1:49PM</p><p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Distribution Coverage (BTLs):</strong></p> <ol> <li>Work closely with GTM Team to select window banner priorities based on retail feedback among all locations per offer.</li> <li>Creating a full segmentation tree per region (WB Posters Flyers) to ensure product and services reach for the right segment. </li> <li>Managing and allocating the needed BTLs, posters, danglers, stickers for POS, Partners and OC Merchants."</li> </ol> <p><strong>Product Visibility (Branding Look & Feel for Orange shops):</strong></p> <ol> <li>Maintain best shops look & feel, and internal branding according to Orange brand guidelines & strategy.</li> <li>Validate each prototype provided by the merchandising agency and check its brand consistency and sales relevance.</li> <li>Weekly visits for Orange shops across Egypt and taking the necessary actions for any findings.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Merchandising Operations:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Managing the sales stock and reorder keeping safe stock of all printed material.</li> <li>Analyzing the shops usages and providing the needed items quantities within the agreed SLA.</li> <li>Purchasing/production merchandising items, collecting payments and paying vendors.</li> <li>Update merchandising book (monthly) with the latest BTLs materials for offers provided to the Sales Channels</li> <li>Designing and producing the Full Merchandising, Interior and display guide to all sales channels, adapting the guide to suit every channel needs.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Branding projects for Shops, POSs & OC Shops:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Installation of new OC Signs & lightboxes for POS</li> <li>OB & EXP facades branding </li> <li>Ensuring that the agency or suppliers are on schedule and the job matches the brief.</li> <li>Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems.</li> <li>Propose innovative tools, formats, or technologies to enhance in-store engagement.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Trade Activation Programs:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Managing the engagement and activation of trade partners in executing marketing initiatives, such as product launches.</li> <li>Managing the on ground activations branding in Orange shops and partners.</li> <li>Managing Orange seasonal trade shows (roadshows) to secure agencies commitment and efficiency to reach target.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Trade Marketing Budget Efficiency & Supplier Management:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and measurable ROI.</li> <li>Oversee procurement and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost control.</li> <li>Track budget efficiency and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.</li> <li>Manage agencies and third-party vendors for creative, production, and execution.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Experience: </strong></p> <p>1.
