We are looking for Installation Supervisor - Trainborne based in Hong Kong to join our dynamic team. We deliver multiple signaling projects to our customer MTR with dedication to sustainable and smart mobility in the field of design, engineering, installation and test & commissioning. You will be responsible for:


  • Organize Project Installation Activities - focus on materials, access and works executions.
  • Facilitate the project executions with focus on 4M (Manpower, Method, Materials and Machines) 
  • Be Able to Works in Special hours (for example 3pm to Midnight) due to operating railway restrictions.
  • Report on the progress of the site works as per schedule
  • Prepare installation shift reports with progress and photos from site.
  • Interfaces with other Project stakeholders – internal or external - to ensure site progress, QCD and Safety
  • Enhance Site Safety and Quality by careful preparations
  • Performs Site Surveys during preparation and execution phase (if necessary) 

In addition, as experienced installation engineer he/she will assume following performance measurements:


  • Installation Quality and Process Adherences
  • Site Control and Records of Materials and Compliances
  • Ensure Site Safety Performance and Works Quality uder guidance of Engineers / Managers. 

You are expected to have these credentials:


  • 5 years or above experience in site roles for installations in train related installation works (Project and/or railway signalling experience appreciated)
  • Strong experience on safety and quality for site works
  • Knowledge of managing works in Hong Kong operating railway in depot or mainline.
  • Past and Existing Competent Person - Track (CP-T) qualification will be highly appreciated.
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong local codes and regulations 
  • Willing to work at mid shift (15:00-00:00) and site works (subject to work arrangement).
