  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop financial models, create budgets, and forecast future trends.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure statutory compliance (TDS, GST), handle tax filings, and support internal/external audits.
  • Analysis: Analyse financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support management decisions.
  • Systems & Processes: Implement and maintain accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise accounting staff and foster a productive team environment. 

Qualifications:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, with a master's degree (MBA) or a professional certification such as a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or CMA often preferred for senior roles.
  • Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with several years in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Expertise in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are also crucial.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are necessary for success in this role.
