Overview About Business Unit: Relied upon by leaders, associates and various verticals within Epsilon, the marketing team plays a key role in shaping our outcome-focused business culture. The Marketing Analytics and Reporting role plays an integral role in the planning, development, and execution of Epsilon’s marketing campaign reporting capabilities. This role will be an integral part of a team chartered with enhancing marketing performance through measurement and developing actionable insights. A critical aspect of this role is deep expertise in Salesforce Analytics—leveraging the platform's full capabilities to deliver actionable insights that shape marketing strategy. This individual will lead the development of integrated reports, campaign performance tracking, and insights delivery using Salesforce and other analytics tools. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of marketing savvy, analytical competence, and technical Salesforce knowledge to guide data-driven decision-making across Epsilon's marketing organization. Responsibilities Demonstrate a strong ability to use Salesforce data to deliver insights and communicate recommendations to collaborators across multiple leadership levels Identify gaps or inefficiencies in Salesforce data and develop solutions for better reporting and governance. Leverage Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Analytics (Tableau CRM/CRM Analytics) to design, build and maintain custom reports and dashboards Implementing a measurement planning process that outlines campaign objectives, tracks metrics that measure success, and identify areas of focus Create reports to evaluate campaign performance, including those completed with third-party vendors. Help manage lead tracking and ROI measurement within Salesforce Implement and grow automation and dashboard capabilities Collaborate with both front-line marketers and senior leaders Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications 10+ years professional work experience in analytics that demonstrates increasing responsibilities and results. Digital marketing a plus. Proficient knowledge of Salesforce including standard processes, methodologies, data extraction and reporting capabilities Experience with digital campaign measurement and optimization Comfortable working with large datasets, data cleansing, and visualization guidelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of the organization. Enjoy working independently as well as on a team. The ability to project manage with remote contributors and partners efficiently and effectively. Resourceful, results oriented and collaborative teammate with good follow through capabilities. Enthusiastic self-starter; ability to be flexible and multi-task. A working knowledge of analytic tools (reporting systems, dashboards, automation) Applicable industry knowledge (media, advertising, tech, etc.).
