How You’ll Make an Impact: For this role, Epsilon is looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager to join our growing Strategic Account Engagement team. This role sits within Epsilon’s Marketing team, directly helping to craft highly personalized interactions that deliver impactful account experiences. In this role, you will develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for our top strategic accounts to enable business outcomes that generate long-term partnerships, revenue and advocacy, including: building stronger connections and bonds with key influencers and decision-makers at each account, strengthening Epsilon reputation and impression of the experiences we offer by improving market credibility, and increasing the rate of engagement and account progression based on this strategic approach. Responsibilities Apply an experimental approach to 1:1 campaigns to develop innovative strategies, planning and execution across key accounts in partnership with sales. Oversee and track execution of growth and 1:1 account programs, including measurement and reporting performance against KPIs and goals. Effectively communicate across the marketing and broader organization, sharing project updates, timelines, processes and results, to build strong alignment and trusted relationships with marketing and sales leadership. Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content, and creative, to integrated campaigns across paid and owned channels. Advise in the selection and implementation of tools, integrations, vendors, and resources needed to drive engagement and pipeline from target accounts. Be account-obsessed, understanding as much as you can about each key account, the buyer personas, as well as core challenges, to execute hyper-personalization and effective marketing activity that meet specific goals. Inform sales owners and adapt account experiences based on your ongoing data research and insights on strategic accounts and contacts within these accounts. Implement marketing programs on behalf of sales and demonstrate to reps how they can execute program elements on their own. Understand which internal organizational marketing campaigns and assets to leverage for strategic account engagement planning and where custom content is necessary. Orchestrate and lead ongoing account check-ins with sales account executives to ensure account goals, key contacts, and account plans remain on track, and discuss upcoming account requirements and modifications. Internally promote account-specific engagement marketing plans, updating these plans based on account executive collaboration (and sometimes securing additional budget from sales to implement). Qualifications What you’ll bring with you: At least 10+ years of previous marketing experience, ideally in a named or strategic account model Three to five years of relevant industry experience within the B2B space, previous sales experience a plus BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or applicable experience in which the required knowledge was gained. Proven experience in relationship management working successfully with sales teams and top executives. Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders, sales teams and customers Excellent communicator and coalition builder; knows how to build organizational support and credibility across multiple functions within the company. Demand creation, both sales-led and marketing-led. Working knowledge of the marketing technology landscape of B2B and account-targeted platforms and tools. Self-starter with a strong predisposition for action and solving problems. Strategic problem solver with an inquisitive mind-set to challenge industry norms to created memorable account experiences. Ability to independently author communications in all formats (email, word, excel, ppt) to deliver recommendations to varying levels of leadership within the organization for recommendations & reporting. Excellent skills in communication, teamwork, problem solving, and attention to detail with ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of the organization. Time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Able to do your best work in a team setting and autonomously.
