AI Developer - JD :


In a nutshell, we are looking for experienced AI developers who have very strong skills in Python, and have worked on projects leveraging Generative AI (GPT models, LLM frameworks such as LangGraph, Neo4j, Multi-Agentic solutions with Orchestration, MCP/A2A protocols) and also traditional ML approaches (classification, clustering etc.). In addition, they should be savvy with data pipeline builds (SQL etc), data preprocessing, transformation and analytics. If candidates have worked with Cloud infrastructure such as MS Azure that will be an added advantage for us.


Here are the details:


  • Programming Proficiency: Skilled in programming languages such as Python. Working knowledge of AI algorithms and model development, with a focus on NLP and LLMs. Knowledge of SQL and ETL design patterns.
  • Good understanding of AI development frameworks, including LLM tools such as vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and prompt engineering.
  • Familiar in implementing multi-agent AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration workflows (MCP and A2A protocols).
  • Good knowledge of traditional AI/ML algorithms, deep learning and predictive modelling approaches such as: decision trees, regression analysis, neural networks, classification, clustering, and other data mining techniques.
  • Good analytical skills with a solid understanding of data modeling techniques to transform data using SQL.
  • Familiarity in using APIs, RESTful web services and data connectors.
  • Awareness with source code control systems such as GitLab and build tools for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Nice to have:


  • Big Data analytics using Azure Cloud and on-premises technologies, ADLS, Databricks, Azure Data Factory.
