In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As an Architect in IBM Consulting, you'll serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients. You'll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Design and deliver enterprise solutions usingMicrosoft 365tools such asSharePoint Online,OneDrive,Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot andOffice 365.
• Architect and implementPower Platformsolutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio) aligned with client goals and enterprise standards.
• IntegrateMicrosoft 365 Copilotinto business processes to drive AI-powered productivity.
• Build and manageCustom CopilotsusingCopilot Studio, including prompt design, connector integration, orchestration logic, and secure data source mapping.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration strategies to coordinate interactions between copilots, plugins, and external systems for complex workflows

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Advise onCopilot extensibility, including Microsoft Graph connectors, semantic index integration, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with core Azure capabilities, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps, for integrating and extending Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions. Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry is a plus.
• Familiarity with scripting and development tools such as PowerShell, TypeScript, Visual Studio, and DevOps, Power Platform Pipelines for automation, customization, and solution deployment within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
