Job Description: Assistant Facility Manager - TechnicalLocation - Candor Gurgaon One Realty Projects Pvt  Ltd, Sector- 48, Tikri, GurgaonPosition Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Manager Technical to oversee the facility operations - soft services / engineering functions and work as Site Lead of our client location at Indore


This role is responsible for ensuring optimal performance of utility systems, managing technical teams, and soft service functions and day to day FM Operations at site


Key ResponsibilitiesFM Operations Management
  • Oversee daily operations of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, elevators, and security systems


  • Oversee soft services - housekeeping / events / client visits/coordination with all stake holders


  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical and electrical equipment


  • Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems


  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes


  • Manage emergency response procedures and business continuity planning


Team Leadership & Vendor Management
  • Lead and develop technical maintenance staff and engineering teams


  • Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers


  • Oversee contractor performance, Invoicing / Compliance management


  • Conduct regular safety training and ensure compliance with safety protocols


Strategic Planning & Capital Projects
  • Develop annual operating and capital budgets for technical operations


  • Plan and oversee major building improvements and renovation projects


  • Conduct building condition assessments and develop long-term maintenance strategies


  • Evaluate and recommend energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability programs


Technology & Systems Management
  • Implement and maintain computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)


  • Analyze building performance data and generate technical reports


  • Stay current with emerging technologies and building automation trends


  • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.


  • Cost Management and Efficiency: o Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.


Required QualificationsEducation & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with experience in Facilities Management,


  • Professional certifications preferred (CFM, FMP, PE, or equivalent)


  • HVAC, electrical, or other relevant trade certifications a plus


Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Facility Management managing IT/ITES client / commercial facilities management experience


  • 2+ years in supervisory or management role / working as site lead


  • Adhoc / Small Project management experience with capital improvement projects


Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in building automation systems and CMMS software


  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and safety regulations


  • Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives


  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite and facility management software

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities


  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
