• Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams to ensure timely month-end closure of financial books.
• Identify, analyse, and research variances to forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses proactively.
• Create and deliver presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions for senior management.
• Collaborate with business unit heads to assist in building their annual budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse financial and operational results to enhance understanding of company performance and drive business improvements.
• Review operations and recommend cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.

Qualification: CA is mandatory

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and methodologies.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights effectively.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency in financial modelling and the use of BI tools.
