Job Description

Social Media Management


  • Design and execute captivating social media campaigns that reflect Fairmont Mumbai’s luxury brand identity across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X/Twitter.


  • Curate and schedule engaging content including visuals, stories, and guest experiences to drive awareness and engagement.


  • Analyze social media metrics to continuously optimize campaign performance and report insights to senior management.


  • Manage online guest interactions with a professional and personalized approach to enhance brand loyalty.


  • Collaborate with influencers, luxury lifestyle partners, and internal teams to amplify Fairmont’s digital presence.


Brand Strategy


  • Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies that align with Fairmont’s global standards and local market positioning.


  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and on-property collateral.


  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for brand growth.


  • Support campaign planning for hotel promotions, seasonal offers, and unique guest experiences.


Event Coordination


  • Plan and execute high-profile events including guest receptions, corporate functions, luxury brand partnerships, and cultural activations that embody the Fairmont ethos.


  • Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination, venue setup, budgeting, and staffing, ensuring seamless delivery.


  • Develop event marketing materials and promotional content in collaboration with the creative team.


  • Oversee post-event evaluations to measure success and implement improvements.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or related field.


  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, brand management, or event planning.


  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.


  • Experience with content creation tools
