Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive development of capabilities for integrated evidence generation across global functions and key countries
- Identify and scale high-impact country initiatives in innovative evidence generation
- Contribute to flexible global standards and tools for evidence planning and execution
- Promote adoption of novel evidence methods through tailored learning and change management
- Lead multi-channel communications to showcase best practices and evidence impact
- Foster a culture focused on meaningful stakeholder impact and value delivery
- Connect cross-functional teams to align future-oriented integrated evidence strategies
Essential Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience and 5 years’ in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with focus on evidence generation
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful evidence aligned with drug development
- Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience working across geographies and navigating global regulatory and healthcare systems
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, collaboration, and influencing skills in a matrix environment
Desirable Requirements
- Prior experience in a Country and Global working with multinational team.
