Job Description



Key Responsibilities
  • Drive development of capabilities for integrated evidence generation across global functions and key countries
  • Identify and scale high-impact country initiatives in innovative evidence generation
  • Contribute to flexible global standards and tools for evidence planning and execution
  • Promote adoption of novel evidence methods through tailored learning and change management
  • Lead multi-channel communications to showcase best practices and evidence impact
  • Foster a culture focused on meaningful stakeholder impact and value delivery
  • Connect cross-functional teams to align future-oriented integrated evidence strategies
Essential Requirements
  • Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 10 years experience and 5 years’ in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with focus on evidence generation
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful evidence aligned with drug development
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience working across geographies and navigating global regulatory and healthcare systems
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, collaboration, and influencing skills in a matrix environment
Desirable Requirements
  • Prior experience in a Country and Global working with multinational team.
  • Ability to develop and successfully implement new strategies and ideas.
