Your expertise in Azure Kubernetes Services will be crucial in deploying scalable solutions ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Facets and Trizetto products to enhance healthcare service delivery.
• Oversee the deployment of Azure Kubernetes Services to ensure scalable and efficient operations.
• Provide expert guidance on Medicare and Medicaid claims processes to optimize client outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product solutions with business objectives.
• Analyze payer systems to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Develop comprehensive strategies for claims management to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure seamless integration of new products with existing systems to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of product installations to guarantee quality.
• Facilitate training sessions for stakeholders to maximize product utilization and benefits.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve service delivery.
• Support the development of innovative solutions to meet evolving healthcare industry needs.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Facets and Trizetto Product Installation with a strong technical background.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Azure Kubernetes Services for deploying scalable solutions.
• Have in-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid claims processes and payer systems.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify and implement process improvements.
• Show excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic planning.
• Hold a relevant certification in Azure or Kubernetes to validate technical expertise.
