Join us and shape your story with Mott MacDonald, where everyone has the opportunity to be  brilliant .   Role Responsibilities : Support project teams in the use of BIM authoring tools Provide support in modelling and resolving clashes Assist BIM Coordinators during coordination meetings Implement internal BIM standards for modelling tools and object libraries Conduct early design reviews and constructability analyses Produce project content using Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D Select and implement solutions to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., using Dynamo, new plugins) Develop and maintain BIM project documentation (e.g., MIDP, TIDP) Monitor project compliance with agreed workflows Federate models and perform clash detection reporting Conduct BIM checks of models and deliverables produced by the team Identify and provide necessary training to team members, helping them upskill as needed   Candidate Specification: Should have 10+ years of experience of civil /Structural engineering design or MEP engineering design IEng and a member of the IET or CIBSE or IMECH (Preferably)  Extensive years of experience in Navisworks, Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk BIM360 Familiarity with working to industry modelling standards Knowledge of ISO19650 / BS1192 / PAS1192-2 Should have UK project experience EngTech TMICE or similar Strong 3D modelling skills (especially Autodesk Revit Structures and Civil 3D) Strong interest in 3D design, modelling and creating immersive models Enthusiasm to learn new skills and embrace new technologies and software Have an eye for detail and ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines Able to work on your own initiative, whilst displaying a commitment to contribute to, and learn from, the wider team Able to carry out detailing in 2D environment Experience in Hydropower project is not mandatory but will be an advantage Must have excellent communication skills We can offer (subject to Company’s policy):  Agile and safe working environment  Competitive annual leave and sick leaves  Group incentive scheme  Group term life insurance, Workmen’s compensation and Group medical insurance coverage  Short and Long-term Global employment opportunities  Global collaboration and knowledge sharing  Digital Innovation and Transformation Equality, diversity and inclusion We put equality, diversity and inclusion at the heart of our business, seeking to promote fair employment procedures and practices to ensure equal opportunities for all.
