We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate and conduct Digital Platforms Internal Change Review meetings to discuss higher risk changes with the delivery values streams.
• Hold delivery team accountable to provide quality change records that are written to a high standard; objective, method, risk and approach and tasks are clearly detailed. 
• Change requirements evolve and the successful candidate will be able provide feedback and improve internal process as part of our continues improvements.
• Prepare weekly, monthly Change Summary reports for Senior management to help them understand and evaluate the proposed change.
• Support the Service Quality Managers with Pre and Post Review Change Analysis.
• Work on Service Improvement Initiatives as part of the wider Service Quality Management

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience in the governance and procedures required to deliver IT changes.
• Awareness of the ITIL Service Management framework.
• Ability to question and challenge teams where you see lack of adhere to process & policies.
• Working knowledge of IT Service Management
• Service knowledge of internet banking applications
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships across business and IT teams globally
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proven analytical skills & ability to understand and follow complex & technical data
• Strong team player
