Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect with 12 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in AWS technologies and a strong understanding of cloud architecture principles. This role involves designing and implementing scalable cloud solutions ensuring optimal performance and security. The position is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable cloud architectures using AWS services to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee the deployment and management of AWS resources ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring best practices in cloud architecture are followed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions using AWS technologies.
• Ensure the security and compliance of cloud solutions by implementing AWS security best practices and frameworks.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance reliability and cost leveraging AWS tools and services.
• Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architectures processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Implement and manage AWS VPC RDS EC2 and other services to support application deployment and management.
• Utilize AWS CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to services.
• Provide expertise in AWS Well-Architected Framework to ensure cloud solutions are robust secure and efficient.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and trends to continuously improve cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience with AWS services such as EC2 S3 RDS and IAM demonstrating a deep understanding of cloud architecture principles.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AWS CloudFormation and AWS Well-Architected Framework showcasing the ability to design and implement efficient cloud solutions.
• Have a strong understanding of AWS security best practices and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Experience in Billing & Revenue Management is a plus providing valuable insights into cloud cost optimization.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work model demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
