Qualifications


Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in consulting with a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance.Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.Hold a bachelors degree in business finance or a related field an advanced degree is a plus.Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to drive successful project outcomes.Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.Have a proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects that have positively impacted client operations.
