Position Overview


The Content Hub Lead will oversee a team of video producers and QA leads, ensuring that all content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with our brand and learning goals. You’ll be responsible for building scalable production workflows, fostering team growth, and delivering high-impact content that empowers our customers.



Responsibilities


  • Own quality control (QC) of all assets.


  • Brief projects to production team and ensure clear annotation and instructions are provided to the team


  • Manage risk and escalate issues in a timely fashion


  • Demonstrate reliable judgement as to manage workload independently while supporting the production team.


  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of video producers and QA leads, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.


  • Own the content production pipeline—from intake and planning to delivery and optimization—ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability.


  • Develop and enforce standards for video production, motion graphics, accessibility, localization readiness, and QA processes.


  • Collaborate cross-functionally with learning experience designers, product teams, and content producers to align content with business and learner needs.


  • Drive innovation in content formats, tools, and delivery platforms to enhance learner engagement and operational efficiency.


  • Use data and feedback to inform and improve processes, and measure impact.


  • Champion accessibility and inclusivity in all content experiences.


Minimum Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in content production or digital media, with 2+ years in a leadership role.


  • Proven track record managing creative and technical teams, including video production and QA.


  • Deep understanding of video production workflows, motion graphics, and content QA best practices.


  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator), Camtasia, and QA platforms.


  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Contentful), LMS platforms, and localization workflows.


  • Strong project management and communication skills.
